The White House, on Friday, shared a graphic on Twitter that claimed President Biden had created far more jobs than any other President.
“Under President Biden, the economy has created more jobs per month than under any other president – ever,” the post boasted.
The graphic, which also appeared on The White House’s Instagram and Facebook pages, was posted hours after a disappointing jobs report showed employment had fallen far below expectations in December.
Social media users were quick to respond to Biden’s claim.
Jobs rebounding from your shutdown doesn't constitute as jobs created. How about inflation and it being the highest ever? What about those who struggle with heating their homes and the lower/middle class and those on SS?

I voted for Biden but this graph is hardcore misleading. Jobs created and filled are not the same thing. Additionally this kinda leaves out 3-4 million resignations on a month by month basis.

I'm curious how President Trump was able to get the unemployment rate down to the lowest its been in 50 yrs before the pandemic, and this chart shows him with negative unemployment figures. Is this Psaki math?

Just to clarify. "Created" means these jobs did not exist before, ever. Is that correct?
If so, great job!
If this is nothing other than filling jobs that were eliminated because of a global pandemic then its a phony victory lap.

The talking point that the economy under Biden has created more jobs per month than under any other president is a favorite of his. However, Biden is not factoring in population and labor-force growth or the fact that the majority of the jobs gained lately had been lost during a sharp drop in employment due to COVID-19.
According to PolitiFact, the US economy is still 5 million jobs under the peak reached before the pandemic.
In a statement on Friday, President Biden defended the economy under his watch.
“There’s been a lot of press coverage about people quitting their jobs,” Biden said from the White House. “Well, today’s report tells you why – Americans are moving up to better jobs. This is the kind of recovery I promised and hoped for, for the American people.”
In the last report of the year, economic experts had anticipated 400,000 new jobs to be added. However, it was a dismal 199,000. The unemployment rate remains below expectation – as Biden often points out – 3.9% down from 4.2% — the lowest level since the beginning of the pandemic.
