A Pennsylvania school bus driver is accused of taking upskirt photos of at least three teen students, authorities said.
On Tuesday, police officers responded to the St. Mary Magdalen School in Delaware County, Pennsylvania, and interviewed a teenage girl who called 911 to report improper conduct from her bus driver.
Investigators determined the driver was using his cellphone to snap upskirt photos of female students. A search warrant was obtained for the bus driver’s phone after investigators identified two other teen victims and contacted their parents.
A forensic evaluation of the driver’s cellphone is ongoing and detectives said they will contact the parents of any additional victims.
The driver was assigned to bus #302 in the Marple Newtown School District, a school district spokesperson said. According to the spokesperson, the driver was sacked and is not permitted to enter school grounds. The school district is also cooperating with detectives in the ongoing investigation.
Authorities have not yet released the driver’s identity. The investigation is ongoing but charges have not yet been filed, NBC10 reported.
Anyone with additional information on the investigation should call Upper Providence Police Detective Sergeant George Moore at 610-566-8445.
