Mandy Rose reveals she is feeling depressed and decided to share her 2014 WBFF Bikini World Champion throwback photo in other to lighten herself up.

“Throwback! just because I’m so not motivated today and just feeling BLAHH… But these days are totally normal and some days you just don’t want to do anything and that’s okay!” The 30-year-old professional wrestler revealed in an Instagram post on Thursday.

“Know why you started and where you’re going!! Everyone has different goals and there’s always going to be setbacks when achieving those goals, but it’s how you recover and come out from those setbacks and make sh*t happen!”

“This was when I was crowned the 2014 WBFF Bikini World Champion. From this day on I knew it was just the beginning, and I am nowhere near finished!”

Mandy Rose was reportedly injured by Nia Jax last week on RAW.
