A Louisiana woman is wanted by the Baton Rouge Police Department on charges of felony theft and perpetration. The perpetrator, Reven Compton, is wanted for defrauding an elderly victim of $60,000.
Investigators believe the 65-year-old victim gave Compton a sum of $60,000 to purchase a property for her. Officials say Compton deposited the money into her account and refused to purchase the property for the victim.
Additionally, she has blocked the victim from contacting her and has not returned any of the money.
Presently, Compton can not be reached, and her whereabouts remain unknown.
