The 26-year-old singer took to his Instagram account to celebrate his wife with this emotional message.
“Hailey Bieber. I am so lucky to be YOUR husband! You teach me so much everyday and make me such a better man! I am committed for the rest of our lives to empower you to be the woman God has called you to be! My heart is to enable you to achieve all of your wildest dreams! I promise to always put you first, to lead with patience and kindness!! Happy anniversary my beautiful sweet girl.”
Bieber got engaged to model Hailey Baldwin on July 7, 2018. They had briefly met from December 2015 to January 2016 before going their separate ways, then reconciled in May 2018. Bieber and Baldwin were reportedly granted a marriage license in September 2018, which allegedly led to reports that they had a civil marriage.
On September 14, 2018, Baldwin said on Twitter that she and Bieber had not yet married, but then deleted the tweet. On November 23, 2018, Bieber said he was married to Baldwin. Bieber and Baldwin had an official ceremony in Bluffton, South Carolina on September 30, 2019.
