Beloved actress Jennifer Lawrence has reportedly been injured on the set of her upcoming movie ‘Don’t Look Up’ in Brockton, a source told page six on Friday.
The 30-year-old actress suffered injuries in the face after a glass dramatically exploded on the set. “An explosion was set up for a stunt in which glass shatters,” a source told page six. “It was a stunt in which the glass was supposed to shatter — but it injured her.”
It was also reported that the production was immediately halted after the incident. A rep for Lawrence told page six that the mega-actress only suffered minor injury and will hopefully be OK.
‘Don’t Look Up’ is an upcoming political satire disaster comedy film starring Jennifer Lawrence and Leonardo DiCaprio who portray two low-level astronomers attempting to warn mankind, via a media tour, about an asteroid that will destroy Earth.
The film which is being directed by Adam McKay is set to be released by Netflix any time this year.
