In January 2020, Billie Eilish was announced as the performer of the film’s theme song, with her brother, Finneas O’Connell, as co-writer as well as producer of the track. The song, which bears the same title, was released on February 13, 2020. At 18, Eilish is the youngest artist to record a James Bond theme song.

No Time to Die was originally scheduled for release in April 2020, but was postponed worldwide due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The film is scheduled for release on 12 November in the United Kingdom and in Australia and on 20 November in North America in RealD 3D, Dolby Cinema, and IMAX.
