A conspiracy theory is currently being peddled by Internet sleuths who believe Brian Laundrie is hiding under a flower bed in the backyard of his parents’ Florida house. Internet sleuths are claiming that drone footage captured a hand poking out of the soil.
The sleuths allege that the drone video captures fugitive Brian’s parents, Chris and Roberta Laundrie, gardening in their yard. The footage is vastly being shared on social media.
The footage apparently shows a woman assumed to be Brian’s mother tending to a flower bed as her husband stands nearby. However, it wasn’t clear when the drone footage was shot.
Versions of the footage are now being shared on social media as users are adamant a hand reached out of the flower bed as Brian’s mother leans over. According to some social media users, Brian could be taking cover in a bunker under the flower bed while FBI agents are searching for him in the Carlton Reserve.

Some users are also tagging Dog the Bounty Hunter in their posts, urging him to go search the parents’ backyard. However, the conspiracy theory was quickly dismissed by many users who said it was just a weed. In addition, many users believe the FBI had already searched the Laundrie home to the best of their abilities.
