A licensed Georgia massage therapist was arrested after a female client accused him of using his cell phone to film her secretly during a massage section, without the client’s consent.
The massage therapist, Deon Milton, who owns a business in Smyrna, is facing sexual battery and felony charges.
In addition, according to the criminal warrant, the female client has accused Wilton of touching her inappropriately during a 2-hour massage section last Wednesday at The Art of Wellness: Body Whisper ATL in Smyrna.
The victim told cops that after the inappropriate touch, she spotted a cell phone hidden inside of a cubby hole with a red dot on and her picture on the front screen.
“Now that’s scary. That’s really creepy. That’s disgusting,” said Michele Williams, who gets her hair done at a salon near the massage parlor.
The victim left the massage center and sent a text message to Wilton telling him to delete everything from his phone, according to the warrant. Replying to the victim’s text, Wilton said he deleted the recording and apologized.
“You saw me delete it, Wilton told the victim. I have nothing else. I should’ve asked. That’s on me, I’ll live with that. I’m gratefully sorry. Me not thinking and being in the moment.”
Wilton also told the victim that he forgot to turn off the camera after recording a video for work.
One female client who did not want to be identified vouched for Wilton, saying she had had two massage sections with him in the past without encountering a problem.
In addition, there aren’t any complaints about Wilton’s work on his Instagram business page and Facebook.
