Duane Chapman, popularly known as Dog the Bounty Hunter, has eventually found some piece of evidence that can be examined for DNA to prove fugitive Brian Laundrie’s presence at a Florida park. Chapman has turned over the evidence to authorities for a DNA examination on Monday, the New York Post has learned.
The 68-year-old bounty hunter, who’s been working on a piece of information to find the fugitive Brian’s location recently, handed over some items to authorities on Monday. According to his publicist, Chapman found the items on one of the islands near Fort De Soto Park.
In the past few days, Chapman has installed an off-duty police officer in his team as they continued to search for Brian Laundrie. “The longer he is on the run, the more dangerous this becomes,” Chapman said.
Meanwhile, a Florida engineer Dennis Davis is adamant he spoke with Brian Laundrie on Saturday morning on a deserted road near the Appalachian Trail. Davis said Brain asked him for directions to California using only back roads. When Davis suggested he should take nearby Interstate 40, fugitive Brian refused.
