A former CNN producer who worked hand in hand with ex-anchor Chris Cuomo made a boastful statement on how he lured underage girls as young as 7 to his home for “sexual subservience” training and believed “a woman is a woman regardless of age,” according to court documents released on Monday.
The documents allege that John Griffin attempted to lure at least four teenage girls, ages 16, 14, 13, and 9, to his Vermont ski house for abnormal training sessions on such things as “spanking” and “c–k worship.” As a result of this new revelation, Griffin has been suspended from the network pending an investigation into the allegations.
FBI agents apprehended the 44-year-old producer on Friday, but his indictment was unsealed Monday. The court documents revealed how Griffin used a “BDSM dating, Fetish, and Kink” website to try to find parents who would allow the producer to lecture their underage daughters on sexual subservience.
Throughout last year, Griffin had a handful of conversations with the “purported” young girls’ parents in which he “adopted a way of life where women are sexually subservient and inferior to men,” according to prosecutors.
Last summer, Griffin told the mother of an underage girl that “there is a natural, wanton whore at the core of ANY female, whether she knows it or not,” prosecutors said.
The indictment further says that Griffin then allegedly proposed “a little mother-daughter trip” to his Vermont, ski house for the sexual training.
The document also revealed that Griffin contacted another mother of two young girls, 13 and 9, saying, “It’s your job, in concert with me, [to] see that [the 13-year-old daughter] is trained properly,”
In addition, Griffin told the mother that “When handled appropriately, a woman is a woman regardless of her age,” according to court records.
“One of the big lies of this society is that women are delicate innocent angels and they are in actuality, naturally, the dirtiest sluts possible, in EVERY metric,” Griffin added.
After exchanging text messages and having conversations with the girl’s mother on the phone, Griffin allegedly sent the purported parent $3,350 to cover the costs for a trip from Nevada to Boston.
The mother and her 9-year-old daughter arrived at the Boston Logan International Airport on July 15, 2020, where they were picked up by Griffin in his red Tesla Model X. After bringing them back to his ski house, Griffin directed the young girl to engage in and did engage in illegal sexual activity, prosecutors allege.
In April last year, Griffin contacted the purported dad of a 14-year-old girl and told him he would be having a sexual training section with a 7-year-old girl and said the dad’s teen would be a “good candidate” for his school alongside her mother, the documents claim.
Griffin said he would direct the young girl and her mother during the training “to take off their clothes and touch each other,” according to the indictment.
Griffin was remanded after his initial appearance in Vermont federal court and will be arraigned Wednesday, records show.
