The Ched Scholarship Application Online (CSAO) is a secure and easy-to-use portal that will allow students to apply for scholarships offered by the foundation. The portal will also provide students with updates on the status of their application and scholarship award.

The CSAO is open to all high school graduates and current college students who are interested in pursuing higher education at an accredited institution abroad. What is the Ched Scholarship?
The Commission on Higher Education (CHED) offers scholarships to qualified students who wish to pursue higher education in the Philippines. The CHED Scholarship is open to Filipino citizens who are enrolled or about to enroll in a tertiary level program at any college or university in the Philippines.
To be eligible for the scholarship, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Must be a Filipino citizen
- Must be enrolled or about to enroll in a tertiary level program at any college or university in the Philippines
- Must have a general weighted average (GWA) of at least 80% or its equivalent
- Must come from a family whose combined annual income does not exceed PHP 400,000
- Must not be receiving any other form of financial assistance from CHED or any other government agency

Who is Eligible for the Ched Scholarship?
To be eligible for a CHED scholarship, applicants must:
-Be a Filipino citizen
-Have a general weighted average (GWA) of at least 80% or its equivalent
-Be taking up their first undergraduate degree
-Not be employed full-time
-Meet the income requirements as stated in the application form
-Be able to comply with the residency requirements during the scholarship period
How do I Apply for the Ched Scholarship?
The first step in applying for the Ched Scholarship is to create an account on the Ched Scholarship website. Once you have created an account, you will be able to login and access the application form.
The Ched Scholarship application form must be completed in full and submitted online by the deadline of March 1st. Incomplete applications will not be considered.
Before beginning the application form, please ensure that you have the following documents ready to upload:
