A video shared on social media shows New York City Mayor Eric Adams partying with hip hop singer A$AP Rocky and model Cara Develingne on Monday night during an event at One Vanderbilt in Manhattan.
In a speech during the event, the 61-year-old Mayor urged New Yorkers who have moved to Florida State to get their butts back to the city because “New York City is where you want to be,” Adams said during the promotional event for a Well Fargo credit card that allows people to pay their rent with the plastic.
“So everyone who moved to Florida, get your butts back to New York City because New York City is where you want to be,” Adams said from the stage.
Celebrities including A$AP Rocky, Wyclef Jean, who performed at the party, Dr. OZ in addition to other Instagram celebrities mingled at the party.
In one video shared on Instagram, Adams stands next to Cara who holds a bottle of champagne during Rocky’s set.
Adams took photos with other local Instagram celebrities such as the Italian American food connoisseur meals_by_cug.
Wells Fargo’s partnership with Bilt Rewards is a part of a push by banks to allow the more than $500 billion in rent payments across the United States to be paid with a credit cards, Bloomberg reported.
