John Legend and his wife Chrissy Teigen reportedly bought out an entire row of seats at one of New York City’s most popular holiday attractions so that they could avoid interacting with fans and onlookers at the venue. According to the venue’s policy, anyone twelve years and older is required to show proof of COVID-19 vaccination before entering the venue.
You are not required to put on a mask if you are 14 days past your second dose. Many people, however, still do so out of an abundance of caution.
The couple took their two children, 4-year-old daughter Luna, and 2-year-old son Miles, to see Radio City’s Christmas Spectacular starring the famous Rockettes on Friday. A source who took a photo of the duo told FOX News that the couple had clearly purchased the entire row of seats behind them in order to avoid having anyone at their backs during the show.
According to the source, the family slipped into their orchestra seats quietly just before Friday’s 5 p.m. To further avoid the crowds, the couple had the show kicked off immediately. The two stars had their bodyguard sat in the otherwise empty row as they looked on at the performance. In order to avoid being spotted by fans, Legend left the hall ten minutes before the end of the show while the bodyguard escorted Teigen and their children out as soon as the show formally ended.
The source also noted that Legend and Teigen kept their masks during the entire time of the show, except for Teigen, who shortly took hers off while enjoying a snack.
Tickets for the orchestra seating that the couple bought can range from $76 to $251 per seat. Teigen and Legend have spent a great deal of time in New York City, and the city will continue to have a special place in their hearts because that is where they began their relationship years ago.
