As the best K-Pop girl group, BlackPink hasn’t disappointed its fans since inception. And in 2021, their impact on the fashion world so far has been incredible. All four members of BlackPink are serving as representatives for luxury brands. Each of the BlackPink ’s member has her own take on fashion, but even alongside her fashionable bandmates, Rosé undeniably stands out.
Today, the 24-year-old Korean-New Zealand singer and dancer has added another glamorous milestone to her fashion and beauty records by becoming a global ambassador for Tiffany & Co. This achievement adds Rosé to a list of A-stars including actress Lupita Nyong’o, Elle Fanning, and Chinese actor-musician Jackson Yee.
Rosé has signed a lucrative deal with the company to digitally promote its “HardWear”. For the cover images, Rosé wore the collection’s sleek 18K gold gauge link necklaces and pavé diamonds with grace.
Joining Tiffany & Co is a dream come true for Rosé
As a fan of the brand since her teenage days at an all-girls academy in Australia, BLACKPINK’s Rosé realized that shooting the ads was a full-circle moment.
“I am so excited to finally announce to you that I have officially joined the @tiffanyandco family with their stunning hardware line. Growing up, @tiffanyandco was always such an iconic jewelry brand and I’m so proud to be working with them. This is a dream come true.” Rosé shared the news with her 39.6 million followers on Instagram Wednesday.
In 2020, Rosé was crowned the global ambassador for French luxury fashion house ‘Yves Saint Laurent‘, becoming the brand’s first global ambassador in 59 years. She became the global face for Saint Laurent’s Fall 2020 campaign.
Her lead single “On the Ground” received 41.6 million views in 24 hours upon release on 12 March 2021. “On the Ground” broke record as the most viewed South Korean music video of a soloist in 24 hours, breaking the almost 8-year record of former labelmate Psy’s “Gentleman“.
As of the time of this writing, “On the Ground” has already received more than 150 million views on YouTube.
This new achievement comes after BLACKPINK’s Lisa graced the cover of Vogue Japan with gorgeous photos.
More wins for BLACKPINK’s Rosé.
