Sleepy Joe isn’t being very sleepy. Joe Biden took the oath of office as the 46th President of the United States on the the 20th of January and he seems to be doing great already. Biden took to his POTUS Instagram account on Saturday to share his accomplishments and progress over the last 10 days as President.
“Over the last 10 days, I’ve taken action on: COVID-19, the economy, climate change, racial equity, immigration, health care, LGBTQ+ rights. And I’m just getting started.” Biden wrote.
According to business insider’s Michael Gordon, Democratic presidents keep having to save the US economy after Republican presidents run it into the ground. The article went further to say that putting Republicans in the White House only puts our country in recession – voters need to be reminded again and again about that. The last three Republican presidencies ended in economic turmoil. And their Democratic successors had to clean up the mess.
